Deyga Hair Serum (Liquid Gold) Review

Hello Everyone,

Frizzy, dry, dull and damaged hair has been my most recent concern when it comes to my hair. The rainy season really takes a toll on my hair, from hair fall to frizzy hair to dandruff, you name it and I have it. This rainy season I decided to switch up my hair care products and make a shift to an all naturala skin care regime. While searching the intermet for some all natural hair care products I came across this brand named Deyga. Their clean and pure ingredient list really excited me and I decided to give their products a try. The brand was kind enough to send a bunch of the hair care products which I have been using for the past one month and let me tell you guys I am just blown away with them. So today I am going to review the Deyga Hair Serum on my blog which is one of my favourite products.

My Experience with the Deyga Hair Serum:

The Deyga Hair Serum comes in a cyclindrical cardboard packaging which secures the glass serum bottle. The serum comes in a dark amber coloured glass dropper bottle. I really like products that come with a dropper because then you have a control over how much product you want to dispense in one go. So full marks to Deyga on the packaging front.

The Deyga Hair Serum is a blend of some high quality organic oils like 100% Organic Argan Oil, Jojoba Oil, Carrot Seed Oil, Pumpkin Seed Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Peppermint Essential Oil, Vitamin E Oil. The serum is very lightweight in texture and inspite of being an oil based serum it is not at all greasy or heavy. It feels extremely lightweight and does not make the hair look oily. The Deyga Hair Serum has a very nutty all natural smell which does not bother or irritate my over sensitive nose.

Now I like to use the serum in two ways, first way is where I follow the instructions that are mentioned on the packaging in which you are supposed to drop some liquid gold on your scalp and give a gentle massage so that the serum can penetrate into your scalp. The night before that I have to wash my hair I take 8-10 drops of the serum and apply it on my scalp and then I massage it in for 2-3 minutes. After massaging I leave it overnight and wash it off the next morning with a mild shampoo. The serum works like magic on my dry, dull and damaged hair. I used it for the first time and noticed atleast 50% reduction in hair fall. I know it might sound a little too much but I was bowled over with the results. 8-10 drops of the liquid gold literally worked like magic on my hair. I have been using it like a scalp tonic for the past 15 days and I am already in love with it. It has reduced my hair, it makes my hair very soft and hydrated, they feel nourished and much more manageable.

Second way in which I use this serum is the usual way in which we all use a hair serum, that is post hair wash. After washing my hair I take around 2-3 drops of the serum on my palm, rub it between my palm, warm it a little bit and apply it on my damp hair ends and whatever is left I rub it on my hair length. The hair serum instantly makes my hair feel soft and it removes all the tangles from my hair. It gives a very healthy shine/sheen to my hair. Sometimes I even skip my conditioner because this beauty makes my hair feel so soft and manageable. It makes my hair frizz free and keeps my hair in place all day long during this humid rainy season. I had always used a silicone based serum all my life, this is the first time I am using a oil based serum and I am really satisfied with this it. I also like to used it as a hair protectant before curling or ironing my hair and it does that job pretty well.

So basically the Deyga Hair Serum does everything that a good quality serum tends to do, it detangles your hair, makes your hair soft, silky, gives the hair a very healthy shine and makes your hair frizz free. So if you are looking for an all natural hair serum which is free of harmful chemicals, additives and silicone, then you should definitely try out the Deyga Hair Serum once. I am sure you are going to love it as much as I do.

• Makes my hair feel so soft and manageable.
• Makes the hair frizz free.

Cons of the Deyga Hair Serum:

• A little bit on the expensive side but if you compare the effectiveness of the product to the cost I am sure you won’t mind spending Rs.750 on this bottle of liquid gold.

Rating of the Deyga Hair Serum:

I would give it a full 5/5.

Will I recommend the Deyga Hair Serum to anyone?

I would recommend the Deyga Hair Serum to everyone who wants to switch to an all natural hair serum.
