I am really excited about today’s review, after trying out shampoo bars from so many brands I have finally found out the best shampoo bar that I could have ever asked for. I had been struggling to find a shampoo that was best suited for my hair, all the shampoos that I tried out in the past used to weigh down my hair, used to give me an oily scalp almost the next day after washing my hair. I had to wash my hair almost every alternate day. My life was a mess but one day while scrolling through Instagram I found out about Earth Rhythm Shampoo Bars, read a few reviews online and ordered two shampoo bars from their website. As I was currently trying out a new shampoo I kept these shampoo bars aside and completely forgot about them. Last month while cleaning my skincare stash I found these, I decided to try out the Silk Protein Shampoo Bar first. I have been using this for the last 20 days and I am in love with it.

Silk Protein improves hair elasticity and prevents hair breakage. It builds up moisture content in the hair shafts. It also adds shine and luster to the hair giving them a smooth appearance.
Vitamin E supports a healthy scalp and hair as it has natural antioxidant effects that could assist with maintaining hair growth.
Plant Derived Surfactant, An extremely gentle surfactant derived from coconut oil, improves skin hydration, moisture and texture, preventing dryness and irritation.

How to Use the Earth Rhythm Silk Protein Shampoo Bar:
Step 1 – Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water. Moisten the bar and then rub it directly through your hair from scalp to ends, working up a thick lather with the pads of your fingers (do not use your fingernails).
Step 2 – Rinse thoroughly with warm water until all of the shampoo lather is removed.
My Experience with the Earth Rhythm Silk Protein Shampoo Bar:
The Earth Rhythm Silk Protein Shampoo Bar comes in a square tin which makes it very travel friendly. The shampoo bar is dark pink in colour and has no smell to it. I like to cut my shampoo bar in two pieces so that it can last me a little longer. The Earth Rhythm Silk Protein Shampoo Bar is certainly the best shampoo bar that I have tried so far. It lathers really well, just like any other shampoo would do. It makes my scalp and hair squeaky clean. I was a bit skeptical when I made the shift from a regular shampoo to a shampoo bar but this one has surpassed my expectations. I usually like to drench my hair and scalp in hair oil before washing my hair and I was not too sure whether this shampoo bar will remove all the oil from my hair or not but to my surprise the Earth Rhythm Silk Protein Shampoo Bar removed all the traces of oil from my hair and scalp in just one go. I usually like to shampoo my hair twice on days when I oil my hair but with this shampoo bar all the oil was gone in just one go. I didn’t feel the need to wash my hair one more time to remove the oil because I could feel that my hair is squeaky clean in just one wash. So full marks to Earth Rhythm for this amazing formulation.
Another issue that I was facing was that my scalp used to become oily on the very next day after a hair wash. I had to wash my hair every other day which lead to dry frizzy hair. I have been using the Earth Rhythm Silk Protein Shampoo Bar for a month now and this bar regulates the oil production on my scalp, does not make my scalp oily and also makes my hair a lot more manageable. This is an excellent option for you if you are struggling with an oily scalp. It has regulated the over active oil glands on my scalp and now I just shampoo my hair once a week. My hair is in such a good state after I started using this shampoo bar.
It has definitely not helped with my hair fall because there can be hundred other reasons for hair fall but apart from that this shampoo bar has tackled all my hair related issues. It lathers well, it removes all the traces of oil from the hair, makes my scalp and hair squeaky clean, regulates oil production on my scalp, makes my hair a lot more manageable, gives my hair a lot of volume, makes the hair soft and shiny, what else can you expect out of a shampoo bar. The best part is it is free from all the harmful chemicals, it is sulfate and paraben free and it will last you for over 3 months. It has an extremely gentle plant derived surfactant,derived from coconut oil which improves skin hydration, moisture and texture, preventing dryness and irritation.
I am really liking the Earth Rhythm Silk Protein Shampoo Bar, it has become my favourite in no time. I will definitely try out other shampoo and conditioning bars from Earth Rhythm. One thing is for sure that I am not going back to those regular shampoos again. Thanks Earth Rhythm for helping me in making the shift. I don’t think I would have been able to switch to shampoo bars had I not tried the Earth Rhythm Shampoo Bars.
One more thing that I would like to bring forward about the brand is their eco-friendly initiative. Their no plastic packaging policy, their shampoo bar tins, all their glass packaging bottles, everything they are doing to save this planet is commendable. This is a home grown Indie brand and I have seen their growth over these years, it is really overwhelming too see a small home grown brand to do so well in such a short span of time.
Earth Rhythm has really notched up their game with their luxurious packaging. Their packaging is top notch, so I would give full marks to this brand for their no plastic packaging initiative and would like to support them all throughout just because of the amazing formulations that they have come up with. I have become a fan of their products. You will see a lot of reviews going up on Earth Rhythm products in the upcoming weeks, so stay tuned.
