How To Brighten Dark Hands And Feet With Natural Ingredients

Process 1:
Make a fine paste by mixing 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder and 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Then apply this resultant paste on the hands and feet. Leave it on for ten minutes and afterward wash it off. To notice results, follow this process thrice weekly.
Process 2:
Create a paste by mixing turmeric powder (2 teaspoons) with enough cold milk. Later apply the paste on your hands & feet. Rinse it off after twenty minutes with lukewarm water. Try following this simple process once or twice every day to get excellent results.
Process 3:
Mix turmeric powder (1 teaspoon), lemon juice (2 teaspoons) and gram flour (4 teaspoons) to create a paste. Add some rose water to this paste if needed. Thereafter, apply this mask on your feet and hands and let it dry completely. Scrub off this dried mask and rinse with lukewarm water. This skin mask can be used once weekly.

Sandalwood Remedy
Sandalwood can improve the skin complexion and treat hyper pigmentation at the same time. Along with that, it can also help to remove brown spots and sun spots. Last but not least, sandalwood can treat blemishes on your hands & feet. Below are two processes to use sandalwood.
Process 1:
First of all, mix sandalwood powder (1 tablespoon) and almond powder (1 tablespoon). Later add enough rose water, plain water or milk to it to make a paste. Afterward, begin applying this paste on your hands & feet and let the application dry totally. Finally, use lukewarm water to rinse the area. This skin-lightening mask can be used twice or thrice weekly.
Process 2:
Take the juice of a lemon and add it into sandalwood powder (1 tablespoon). Mix thoroughly and if this paste is too thick, you can add some rose water. Afterward, start applying this smooth paste on your hands & feet and rinse after 15 to 20 minutes with cool water. Try this process daily for quick results.

Use Yogurt
Lactic acid present in yogurt makes it a great bleaching agent, which lightens the skin color. Besides, the lactic acid can alleviate scaly, dry or darkened skin by removing the dead skin cells. Apart from that, yogurt keeps the skin glowing & soft thanks to its proteins and vitamin C.
Process 1:
Take some plain yogurt and smear it on your hands & feet. Slightly massage for several minutes and afterward, rinse it off after ten minutes with plain yogurt. This simple remedy can be used once or twice every day to improve the skin tone.
Process 2:
First of all, blend yogurt and rose water in equal amounts and later mix in 1 tsp of vegetable glycerin. Then, use this mixture to massage your hands & feet. Leave it on all night and the next morning, use cool water to rinse the application off. For visible results, repeat once every day prior to going to bed.

Process 1:
Take some sugar and sprinkle it on a halved lemon piece. Then, scrub your skin with it to remove dirt & dead skin cells. Rinse it off after ten minutes. Follow the process once weekly.
Process 2:
Alternatively, mix lemon juice and honey in equal amounts. Then, apply this solution on your hands & feet. Let it settle for fifteen minutes before rinsing with water. This remedy can be followed twice daily.
Note: Remember to apply a good moisturizer after using lemon remedies so that your skin does not get dry. Avoid direct sunlight for a minimum of 1-2 hours.

Process 1:
Take fresh cucumber slices and rub on your hands & feet for five minutes. Wait for fifteen minutes and thereafter rinse the areas using water. This process can be followed 2 or 3 times every day.

Mix lemon juice and cucumber juice in equal amounts at first and later massage it onto the affected areas. Afterward, rinse it off after 10 to 15 minutes with cold water. To notice the effective results, repeat twice every day.

Process 1:
Create a paste by mixing orange peel powder (2 tablespoons) with enough milk or yogurt. Next, apply this paste on your darkened skin areas and keep the application on for twenty minutes. After that, scrub off this paste gently in circular motions with wet fingers. This skin lightening pack can be used once or twice weekly.
Process 2:
Create a thick paste by mixing orange peel powder (2 tablespoons) with enough rose water. Later add some honey and 1 tsp of turmeric powder to this paste and mix them well. Thereafter, apply this resulting paste on your affected areas and leave the paste on for 15-20 minutes. Scrub off this paste gently with your wet hands and rinse with cold water. This remedy should be repeated twice or thrice weekly.
