It is pretty surprising to see a Vitamin C serum come in a clear bottle because Vitamin C has a tendency to oxidize very quickly when it comes in contact with sunlight so usually you are going to see all Vitamin C serums come in a dark amber coloured bottle but to my surprise this one comes in a clear bottle. You need to store this serum away from direct sunlight otherwise this is going to turn bad once it oxidizes. I have been using this serum for the past 3 months and I have had no issues with it, it hasn’t oxidized even a little bit, so remember to store it away from direct sunlight. I store this serum in its cardboard packaging and it hasn’t oxidized even a little bit.

The Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop is a clear Vitamin C serum and it has a oily consistency, usually Vitamin C serums are water based but this one is an oil based Vitamin C serum. When you apply this serum on your face you will feel like you are applying a facial oil to your skin because of the consistency and the texture but it gets absorbed into the skin within a few seconds of application and it won’t feel oily or heavy on the skin.
